Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
Bright, citrus-y, and mildly floral Yirgacheffe (pronounced something like this: "IR-ga KE-ffay") is grown in the eastern side of the Sidamo region in the south central mountains of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Wonderful fragrance, medium body and great finish.
